Trigger & rule based automated guest messages

> I would like to see this configured all in one place. Provide an Automated Messages Matrix where a user can toggle between Off / Default / Custom for each message type per property. Should be easy enough to create in an table with the rows being the properties, and columns being the different message types ("new booking", "one week", "reminder", etc). Make the autoresponder part of this matrix too.
