Clickable photos on direct booking site
Currently the photos show as minimised, The ability to click on the photos to see the larger photo would be great so the guest can see the listing in better detail
Note: reporting and analytics terms are used interchangeably in our industry. This feature is referring to the operations, rather than business metrics and KPIs (Analytics). User want to easily view bookings, booking statues, notes, etc in a customisable way. Not dissimilar to how you might interact with Excel or Airtable where you can filter data and show/hide data columns. For example, with an advanced reporting feature users would be able to: Display all bookings checking in today and have not verified their id. Show all bookings checking in in the next 3 months that have not paid. Show all new bookings created today (or yesterday, or in the last x days)

Text Notifications for Cleaners to Accept/Decline Changeovers
It would be helpful if a changeover could be accepted or declined by a cleaner through a text notification instead of having to go to emails. A notification should also be sent to the property owner on whether the cleaner accepted or declined any particular changeover.

A guest CRM is a cenrtal database with references to all guests on a user account. Important: Guests must remain in the CRM even if the listing their booking was on has been removed. Presumably we'd provide a reference to any bookings a guest has reserved, and if the listing (and hence the booking is removed) we'd reference that. Alternatively, we may need to consider handling bookings different and always storing bookings even if a listing is removed. Multiple bookings by the guest are displayed on the Guest CRM page. When creating a new booking users can autofill based on Guest CRM
Re-occurring changeover instructions for Housekeepers
It would be helpful to be able to add a re-occurring set of information/tasks to a listing that autofill into the notes of every changeover. It would be very helpful if we could utilise custom property attributes in this section as well. This way, any new housekeeping team will have access to any important information specific to that apartment, as well as being able to identify any specific area of the property that need attention. E.G. -Use lockbox #2 -Lockbox code is 0000 -please make sure to water the plant in the master bedroom -always bring 2 x towels please check the shower drain in the bathroom as it clogs easily.
Integrate with Google Vacation Rentals
Google vacation rentals seem to be the future. It would be great to be integrated for direct bookings.
Copy paste doesn't work properly on the mobile website + app. When yo paste, all the words are pasted without line break and ponctuation.
