Trigger & rule based automated guest messages

Should be easy enough to create in an table with the rows being the properties, and columns being the different message types ("new booking", "one week", "reminder", etc). Consider having direct integration with Xero
I just wanted to touch base and ask if you have any plans of a Xero Integration?? It would make the WORLD of difference. There’s not too many (actually there’s none) PMS systems that have connections with...XERO – I really love using Uplisting, but I need some automation with Xero.

Allow guests to update payment (credit card) information
Currently, guests can't update credit card details. It's important to allow guests to update their credit cards for split payment bookings and for security deposits. Here is how to workaround this limitation: https://support.uplisting.io/docs/how-to-update-guest-credit-card-information
Keep filters selected
Anyway to keep these rows or filters selected? Every time I log in I have to select change over dates , rates and minimum stay. It would be great if I can just save that view.
Show the time / date a message was sent in the mobile app inbox
When I am away from my computer and get a message from a guest, it would be helpful to know when the message was sent using the mobile app. For example, if they are having an issue, I would want to know how long they have been waiting for my response.
Support SMS messaging
Rather than rely on email and the booking site message feature it would be very helpful to offer SMS.
Remove Inquiries when they become Not Possible
Sometimes my calendar gets blown up by Inquiries that are impossible. Here's an example showing an Inquiry for a past date and two more for dates that have an actual booking. Once the date passes or an actual booking is confirmed, there is no need to display these Inquiries any more.
I am switching over from another channel manager and one thing that I will be missing is the ability to automatically send out an arrival form for the guest to fill out. Once submitted it will show the anticipated arrival and departure times to our cleaners, so it really helps them to plan their route for the day. You can customize it as you see fit, but these are some of the options: How will you arrive: • Plane • Car • Train • Ferry • By foot Anticipated arrival and departure times: • This will give the guest a drop-down menu to select a time. It will not allow the guest to choose to arrive early/late, outside of your designated windows, but as the host you can update it yourself if you approve it, which allows your cleaner to see it too. Request guest’s email address. Allow guest to input notes. Create a custom question for guests to answer. Request guest’s details: • Full name • Date of birth • Nationality • Country of residence • Passport/ID number
